Terms and Conditions – Venue / Booth
1. The Licensee acknowledge and agree to assume any and all risks involved pertaining to the promotion activities at MetroSquare lobby located 3636 Steeles Ave. East, Markham, Ontario and waive their right to any claims whatsoever against YRCC No 907, MSQ Realty Inc, MetroSquare Development Corporation and Asian-Canadian Special Events Association (ACSEA).
2. The Licensee agrees to provide the Licensor, no later than 5 business days before the date of booth/venue rental, with proof of general liability insurance with a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) naming the following as additional insured: YRCC No 907, MSQ Realty Inc, Metro Square Development, and Asian-Canadian Special Events Association.
3. The Licensee will be held responsible for all damages and missing equipment provided by the licensor.
4. Rental hours are Mon-Sun: 11:00am to 5:00pm unless otherwise authorized.
5. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the agreement and change display location provided a 3-day advance notice.
6. All selling content/good must have no conflict of interest with MetroSquare Plaza’s existing tenants. If ever a complaint arises from the licensee display or goods, licensor reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately.
7. The Licensee agrees to properly dispose of all food and garbage according to the recycle requirement at the close of each practice.
8. Payment must be submitted to ACSEA at least 5 business days before the date of booth/venue rental.
9. Cash or personal cheque is acceptable. Any returned cheque is subject to a service charge of $ 20.00 each.
Terms and Conditions – Equipment
1. Equipment must be picked up by requesting organization and returned by requesting organization.
2. Request must be made at least 5 business days prior to pick-up date.
3. Equipment not returned on time will accrue an additional day rental charge plus a $ 25 per day late return fee.
4. Requesting Organizations will be held responsible for all damaged and missing equipment.
5. Metro Square Realty Inc. and ACSEA are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur while equipment is in possession of the requesting organization.
6. Payment must be submitted to ACSEA 5 business days before the pick-up date.
7. Cash or personal cheque is acceptable. Any returned cheque is subject to a service charge of $ 20.00 each.
